How old to Vote Poll?

Do you think there should be a change in the legal age to vote in the United States? Should it be Older than 18, and back to 21 or 28. Could it be 16 years old, 14 years old? Do you  think 14 and 16 year olds are as educated today as adults were 50 years ago, and able to make educated, informed decisions that affect national policy?
